1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of products and services made through Poshan For Life (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By making a purchase, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to this Policy.
2. Pricing
– The Company offers both physical products (nutraceuticals, supplements, wellness kits) and services (consultations, programs, wellness packages).
– Product prices generally range from INR 10,000 to INR 1,50,000 inclusive of all taxes. Services typically range from INR 10,000 to INR 50,000 per package.
– Shipping or delivery charges (if any) will be explicitly disclosed at checkout.
3. Cancellation Policy
– Product Orders: Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.
– Services: Service bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Later cancellations may be subject to partial deductions.
– If the Company cancels an order/service due to unavailability, the Customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
4. Return Policy
– Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned with proof of purchase.
– Services: Services once availed/consumed are non-refundable. If not delivered due to Company’s fault, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval of return/cancellation.
– Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
– EMI transactions (including No-Cost EMI) will be refunded in full. Partial refunds are not permitted. Non-refundable bank interest and tax components (for EMI) cannot be reversed.
6. Non-Refundable Items
– Customized products or services.
– Digital consultations, reports, or programs once delivered.
– Opened, used, or tampered products unless defective on delivery.
– Gift cards, vouchers, or bank interest/taxes on EMI transactions.
