3. EMI Options
– EMI facilities are offered solely at the discretion of the issuing bank/financial institution.
– Applicable interest rates, processing fees, and repayment schedules are governed by your card issuer or bank.
– Poshan for Life is not responsible for bank-imposed charges related to EMI conversions.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order/payment confirmation via email or SMS (as per details shared at checkout).
If your payment fails or remains incomplete, your order will not be processed.
5. Pricing & Taxes
– All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
– Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Any additional bank/transaction charges may apply as per your payment method.
6. Failed or Declined Transactions
Poshan for Life is not liable for any failed, declined, or delayed transactions due to:

7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation

For payments made via EMI or credit/debit cards, the refund amount will be credited as per the timelines set by your issuing bank/payment provider.
8. Fraudulent Transactions
– Poshan for Life reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorized.
– Any fraudulent use of credit/debit cards will be subject to applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we ensure secure processing through reputed payment partners, Poshan for Life shall not be responsible for:
– Unauthorized access to your payment details outside our control
– Any loss/damage arising directly or indirectly from a failed or delayed payment

10. Dispute Resolution
Any payment-related disputes must be reported to our support team at support@poshanforlife.com within 7 working days of the transaction.
For EMI or bank-related disputes, you are required to liaise directly with your issuing bank/financial institution.
